Here at Lakeland Laser Creations we do our best to create a range of designs for you to choose from but we are also able to create bespoke items and designs too.

Items can be personalised with any text you like and we are able to add images, logos and photos to a range of products. Please look at our other laser items for some ideas and just leave a message in the comments box at the checkout or in the additional comments box on the product page.

Please be sure to enter the correct spelling and details as once the items are have been created, we can not refund or exchange. If you would like specific colours, please let us know otherwise I will paint/laser the items with colours that compliment.  If you have any questions, please let us know; we are more than happy to help.

Please be aware that we do our best to photograph the items in the best possible light but some colours may look slightly different on different devises and screens than what you see in real life.

Your order will be sent out to the delivery address you supply, this can be different to your billing address, and if the item is for a gift, please let me know if you would like an additional hand written message adding at no extra cost.

Please allow 5 working days for me to complete the order. If the order is going to take any longer, I will contact you via email. The postage times are all approximate given by Royal Mail/ Evri but they usually arrive on time except when we have bank holidays and Christmas which is when it might take a little longer.

All of my personalised orders are non returnable, exchangeable or refundable due to the personalisation of the item, please make sure you check all spellings and details you give me are correct. An image of the design can be messaged upon request.

All problems must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery and any items eligible for return must be returned within 14 days.

To continue developing the website and products that we have to offer, we do take photographs of most items for my own records and advertisement purposes. We reserve the right to use any photographs taken for  finished products. If the item is for a gift, then we wait until after the date on the item. Please let us know if you do not wish to have your details on the item used for advertising.
